Levarelle is a trading name of Nicole Bargh, sole trader. This website privacy notice explains how personal information provided through the Levarelle website, email or booking process may be used.
This may include your name, email address, business or role information, enquiry details, appointment information and any information you choose to provide during a conversation with Levarelle.
Information may be used to respond to enquiries, arrange consultations, assess service requirements, administer client relationships, maintain appropriate business records and meet legal or regulatory obligations.
Levarelle aims to handle client and prospect information discreetly and only access information reasonably needed for the agreed work. Where appropriate, Levarelle is happy to consider and sign a reasonable non-disclosure agreement.
Levarelle uses third-party business systems where reasonably necessary to operate the service. This currently includes Google Workspace for business email and cloud services, Google Calendar for consultation scheduling and Google Meet appointments, and Stripe for payment processing. Other providers may be used for forms, client administration and related business operations as services develop.
Personal information is not sold. Information may be shared with service providers where reasonably necessary to operate the business or deliver services, subject to appropriate safeguards and applicable law.
Information is kept only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose it was collected, including legitimate business-record and legal requirements.
Depending on the applicable data-protection law, you may have rights in relation to your personal information, including access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection.
The Levarelle website uses essential browser technologies where necessary for the secure, reliable and effective operation of the website. The site also stores your cookie-consent preference in your browser so that your choice can be remembered.
With your consent, Levarelle uses the LinkedIn Insight Tag, a non-essential advertising and measurement technology provided by LinkedIn. It helps Levarelle understand the performance of LinkedIn advertising, including visits and conversions that may follow an advert, and may support LinkedIn advertising audiences.
The LinkedIn Insight Tag is not loaded unless you choose Accept marketing. LinkedIn may process information such as page URL, referrer, device or browser information, IP address and advertising interactions in accordance with its own privacy information.
You can reject non-essential tracking without affecting your use of the Levarelle website. You can also change your choice at any time using the Cookie settings control shown on the website.
The Levarelle website may contain links to third-party services, including Stripe and Google Calendar. When you follow these links, you leave the Levarelle website and the privacy and cookie practices of those third-party providers apply.
