Levarelle is a trading name of Nicole Bargh, sole trader. This website privacy notice explains how personal information provided through the Levarelle website, email or booking process may be used.

Information we may collect

This may include your name, email address, business or role information, enquiry details, appointment information and any information you choose to provide during a conversation with Levarelle.

How information is used

Information may be used to respond to enquiries, arrange consultations, assess service requirements, administer client relationships, maintain appropriate business records and meet legal or regulatory obligations.

Confidentiality

Levarelle aims to handle client and prospect information discreetly and only access information reasonably needed for the agreed work. Where appropriate, Levarelle is happy to consider and sign a reasonable non-disclosure agreement.

Service providers

Levarelle uses third-party business systems where reasonably necessary to operate the service. This currently includes Google Workspace for business email and cloud services, and Google Calendar for consultation scheduling and Google Meet appointments. Other providers may be used for payments, forms, client administration and related business operations as services develop.

Data sharing

Personal information is not sold. Information may be shared with service providers where reasonably necessary to operate the business or deliver services, subject to appropriate safeguards and applicable law.

Retention

Information is kept only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose it was collected, including legitimate business-record and legal requirements.

Your rights

Depending on the applicable data-protection law, you may have rights in relation to your personal information, including access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection.
