Meet the Founder

Nicole Bargh

Founder of Levarelle
Levarelle was founded around a simple belief: exceptional support should not simply help a founder manage more. It should remove enough operational weight that their time can stay focused on the decisions, relationships and opportunities that genuinely need them.
Nicole’s experience spans executive support, business operations and client-facing commercial environments, including supporting senior operational teams across a 43-branch business. That experience shaped a clear view of where growing businesses lose capacity: not because every task is difficult, but because too much still depends on the same people noticing, remembering and following through. Levarelle is the business she is building in response — with the ambition to become a trusted executive and operational partner known for exceptional standards, sound judgement and real ownership.

Behind Levarelle

Experience shaped the model. Ambition set the standard.

Levarelle grew from first-hand experience of the operational detail that keeps senior teams effective — and the difference it makes when somebody genuinely owns it.

Nicole’s work increasingly sat beyond traditional executive assistance. Supporting senior operational stakeholders across a 43-branch commercial business meant working close to the detail behind performance: reporting and presentations, action tracking, audits, project coordination, communications and the follow-through that keeps priorities moving.

What became clear was that senior people do not only lose time to major projects. They lose it in hundreds of smaller returns: the decision that comes back, the action that has not been chased, the document that still needs checking, the meeting that still needs coordinating.

The problem was not simply workload. It was ownership. When too much still routes back through one person, even capable businesses can become dependent on that person’s attention.

Levarelle was created to close that gap: executive and operational support that can step in before — or instead of — another full-time hire, and take responsibility for agreed areas properly.

The standard is that a client should be able to hand something over and feel a genuine reduction in mental load. The work should be understood, moved forward, communicated clearly and followed through without constant prompting.

A message from the founder

The standard I want
Levarelle to set.

I have always been ambitious — not only about what I want to build, but about the standard I want my work to be known for.

I am naturally drawn to the detail behind the obvious: the action nobody has followed up, the project that needs someone to keep momentum, the process that could work better, the thing a busy person is still carrying in their head.

That is the work I enjoy. Not simply completing a task, but understanding why it matters, what it connects to and what needs to happen next.

In previous roles, I often found myself moving beyond the narrow definition of my job because I wanted to understand the wider operation. I wanted to know where things were slowing down, what senior people needed from me, and what I could take ownership of rather than simply assist with.

Levarelle came from that instinct, but the ambition for it is much bigger than creating another support service.

I want Levarelle to become the kind of business ambitious founders trust with meaningful parts of the operation — because the work is discreet, considered and exceptionally well handled.

It is understood.
It is being followed through.
It is handled.

Growth matters to me. So does how Levarelle grows. I never want growth to dilute the standards Levarelle is built on: judgement, initiative, discretion, attention to detail, clear communication and genuine care for the quality of the work.

Why Levarelle is different

Built for ownership, not just overflow.

Levarelle is for the point at which task-by-task delegation stops being enough. The service is designed to understand context, take responsibility for agreed areas and reduce how much work still needs to route back through the founder.

Ownership

Support should remove responsibility from your plate, not create another list of tasks for you to manage.

Judgement

The answer is not always in the instruction. Context, priorities, standards and good judgement matter.

Follow-through

Work is tracked beyond the first action so decisions, deadlines and loose ends keep moving.

Founder capacity

Success is measured by how much less you have to remember, chase, check or personally coordinate.

The aim is not to make you better at managing support. It is to make more of the business able to move without you in the middle of it.
Why Levarelle

A name built around making things lighter.

The name was inspired by the Latin levāre — to lift, raise or make lighter.

That meaning is more than a name. It is the standard Levarelle is built around: less operational weight, less mental load and fewer moving parts still depending on the founder.

Ambitious businesses should be able to grow without the founder becoming the permanent point of coordination for everything.

The goal is to create enough trust, structure and ownership that more can move without you.

More time for what matters.
Ready for what's next?

Build more capacity
around you.

Whether you need a few hours of support or an ongoing operational partnership, Levarelle is designed to make delegation feel lighter, clearer and more dependable from the start.
